- We may need to request documentation in addition to this application form. We reserve the right to request references if required. Please note that any misleading statements, whether deliberate or accidental, given at any stage during the application process could result in the application becoming invalid. So please fill in with the utmost care.
- The level of the commitment for the Forté Project is for 6 months, commencing from start date on January 1st 2025

- You will be expected to keep Monday evenings from 6pm available for Forté Project sessions, events, buddy meetings, mentoring etc. 

- You will be required to give feedback about the project upon request.

We may contact you regardless of the success of this application. This may be to approach you for other opportunities that we feel you will benefit from.
